Thanks to all of the amazing women who are always so generous with their time, talent and treasures. What a beautiful day we had celebrating 17 amazing human trafficking survivors at their graduation into independence!

Over 130 people (graduates, friends, family and volunteers) gathered on Saturday, June 21st, for the human trafficking survivor graduation. It was such a special collaboration of nonprofits working toward a common goal, including OCHTTF, Waymakers, The Salvation Army, Eastside Church, Yorba Linda Women’s Club, Yorba Linda Rotary and, of course, Soroptimists from three clubs in the STAT coalition.

Soroptimists sponsored 17 custom-made gift baskets based on each graduate’s wish list, the brunch which was catered by KherUT, and also provided the woman-power for various activities during the event.
