Know More Do Better 3.0 For 7th & 8th Graders
Soroptimists Together Against Trafficking II is once again on the planning committee and a Resource Fair Participant for year 3 of this critical education event to prevent human trafficking and sexual exploitation.
If you are a Soroptimist interested in volunteering for our hard working team the day of the event, please contact Dawn Marie Lemonds, Susan Gilbey or Mary Chiappetta.
This year, the event will not be open for public attendance. The event is full with 500 middle school students and 50 parent/teacher chaperones from the school districts of Anaheim, Fullerton and Santa Ana.
If you know an intermediate or junior high school in another city in Orange County that would like to participate in this fun and interactive student safety conference in the future, please contact Linh Tran at ltran@waymakersoc.org for a special viewing attendance invitation.

K[her]urt, a local social enterprise, providing job skills training and employment through Savor Catering for survivors of sex trafficking, domestic violence, sexual abuse, imprisonment and young women aging out of foster care, will be providing the lunch catering services for the students. Not only are we addressing prevention, but we are going full circle empowering survivors to give back to the community and kids of tomorrow.
New for 2025!
